• Once payment is cleared, items are typically dispatched within 24 hours on working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If there's an exception, we'll promptly notify you via email.
• Our shipping partner is Royal Mail's 24hr tracked service, which usually delivers within 1 to 2 business days.
• Items are shipped to the address provided with your order. Ensure your address is accurate before finalizing your purchase.

Refunds: Refunds are typically processed within a 4 to 5-day window.
Product Returns: We offer a 7-day return policy. Shipping is complimentary for customers retaining their purchases. For returns, an administrative and packaging fee of £4.50 (our direct cost) will be deducted from your refund or before a replacement is issued. Products for return must be unopened, retaining their original packaging and seals. Opened items, or those with broken seals (unless faulty), will not qualify for a refund. Return shipping fees are borne by the customer unless the item is defective. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns lost in transit, and refunds are contingent on the successful receipt of returned items.
